Spam in bug 177492

Most of the spam from this user was covered by question #54262, but I found another one:

it might be worthwhile to do an exhaustive search for comments from this user account to see if there is any more spam.

Is there an easy what to perform the search Matt is suggesting ?

There is no easy way to identify message; if there were we could filter spam before it arrived. The loasa can and should hide the message.
