Rename project "libbless" and related teams to "libbls"

I have found that the "libbless" name is already taken by another project. Please rename project "libbless" to "libbls".

The project has two related teams for mailing lists which I can't seem to be able to rename (the mailing lists are empty). Please rename teams "libbless-users" and "libbless-dev" to "libbls-users" and "libbls-dev", respectively.

This has been done. I had to deactivate and purge the mailing lists, but feel free to re-apply for mailing lists for these teams now.
