Please remove Ubuland project and teams

Please could you remove the Ubuland project and related teams (~ubuland-senior, ~ubuland-frontend, ~ubuland-backend, ~ubuland and ~ubuland-devs) as development has completely stopped on the project and is extremely unlikely to be picked up in the future.

None of the Code currently under the project works at all like it should (in fact we were about to start a complete rewrite when we decided to end the project), so a "takeover" of the project would essentially be a new project, under the old projects name (which the Canonical tradmark department didn't want us to use anyway, so that was going to be replaced too).

Given the lack of (working) code and the fact that the name is not authorised to be used, it makes no sense in my mind to keep it.

Yes, ~ubuland has one, none of the others do.
