Delete old failed import

Could please the old failed /de.po import into JOSM translation from
https://translations.launchpad.net/~mfloryan
be deleted?

I cannot reach the author anymore.

You can do this yourself! Just set its status to Deleted, and it will be cleaned up later.

I cannot set the import status of another user to deleted and as said I
cannot reach that user for some time now.
