Unabe to access the telugu page for adduser for translation

Hello,

I wanted to check out the translation of Ubuntu adduser to Telugu, my native tongue. But I was getting this error. Twice I have tried and both times have ended up at this error page.

Please do look into it.

For me it works, I can access Telugu language translations https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/dapper/+lang/te.
