I'm sorry to say none of us speaks Javanese. I can only guess that this is a list of places where Javanese is spoken (Boso seems related to regional words for Language, Jowo appears to be Jawa or Java). Since we only register the countries, the individual islands (Java, Kalimantan, Sumatra) aren't needed, but I've registered Javanese as being spoken in Indonesia.

The only other things I can make out are Surinam and Africa. It seems plausible that there is a Javanese community in Surnam as a result of the Dutch colonial past, but I have no idea what to make of "Afrika." Karo may refer to the Batak people, who live in Indonesia. Sabagian might be to follow, or to be similar to, but I can't make a good sentence with "the Batak language [...] Africa."

soz in this sentence karo doesnt mean Batak it means also, so its Karo Sebagian Afrika means: and some africans, i know coz i come from malang in jawa. ur right dat Boso jowo is from the island jawa in indonesia. Suriname is a place where most people in jawa go to. karo can mean Batak people and also can mean "and"

Wow, thanks!

Unless the "some parts of Africa" includes countries that have it as an official language, this means that the information we have for the language is correct.
