Is there to much karma for blueprints?

Asked by Roman Friesen

In the "quit-applet-plus" project I have 38957 points for Specification Tracking Karma (23 blueprints) and only 1492 points for the Bazaar Branches Karma (115 commits).

I could imagine that creating of blueprints get more karma than code commits, but in every case the difference is too big here.
May be the problem is, that blueprints changing get to much karma?

P.S. there are only 85 points for Translations, but I think, it's OK, in comparison to the Bazaar Branches karma points (1492).

I think so. The rules are not clear, but I too have noted that someone who makes one blueprint has more karma that someone who has contributed a few branches and bugs.

Launchpad calculates the karma for each of its modules according to the amount of karma given to people on it, using a scaling factor. The rules are explained in here: https://help.launchpad.net/YourAccount/Karma#How Launchpad calculates the score for each type of work .

I close the question, even if I don't agree with the actual solution...
