Blueprint feedback notification

Hello,

I had an idea and wrote a blueprint about it. I then thought it would be a good idea to get some feedback from the Ubuntu audio team, so I sent a feedback request to the Ubuntu Audio Team. I was expecting at least one notification email and possibly two, because 1) I'm subscribed to my blueprint and 2) I am a member of the Ubuntu audio team. But no email was received. Is this a bug, a missing feature, or did I do something wrong?

I have read the code and tried the feature myself. It does not work as expected. Emails are only sent when the blueprint is changed in some way. Requesting feedback does not change the blueprint. I have linked this to a bug that describes the problem, though it is not necessarily the bug for this issue. Looking at the design, feedback was never intended to send an email :(.
