openssh/main CVS details updated

I've updated the CVS details for openssh/main to what's currently recommended on www.openssh.org for checkouts of the portable branch. Could you let me know if it still breaks?

The import was not completed because of what appears to be a regression in cscvs, preventing use of :ext: access methods. https://help.launchpad.net/VcsImportRequests#ext-method
