Ubuntu member, but ubuntu.com e-mail address not activated

I recently became an Ubuntu member. It's my understanding that my ubuntu.com address should be <email address hidden> based on my LP ID. I tried to e-mail it:

<email address hidden>: host fiordland.ubuntu.com[82.211.81.145] said: 550
    <email address hidden>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual
    alias table (in reply to RCPT TO command)

Please either fix this or advise what the address should be.
