How to I add an Administer to a team?

I need to add Craig A. Eddy (https://launchpad.net/~tyche) as an administer for the Ubuntu Arizona team (https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-arizona/).

You have to be/get an owner to do that (see https://help.launchpad.net/Teams/CreatingAndRunning#What%20team%20membership%20means).

The owner can be another team, if having one person as owner is a bottleneck.

Thanks, our owner is not around much, but I'll see if I can contact him. He's never been very active.
