spam coming from a launchpad user

the user "rutadeevacuacion" is making a lot of spam/noise on launchpad, as per https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/~rutadeevacuacion/+reportedbugs?field.searchtext=&orderby=-datecreated&search=Search&field.status%3Alist=INVALID&assignee_option=any&field.assignee=&field.bug_supervisor=&field.bug_commenter=&field.subscriber=&field.status_upstream-empty-marker=1&field.omit_dupes.used=&field.omit_dupes=on&field.has_patch.used=&field.has_cve.used=&field.tag=&field.tags_combinator=ANY ; he has been doing this for a few days , could the account be banned or closed? thanks.

there's another user doing the same, reports looks quite similar: https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/~maurizioantillon ; could be probably the same user
