Please create a "super project" (project group) for Scubuntu

Scubuntu is a project to develop an Ubuntu flavour specifically catering for scientists and researchers - i.e. Ubuntu for scientists.

It will house a number of sub-projects, including:
  * scubuntu-meta (meta-packages for Scubuntu)
  * scubuntu-artwork (the Scubuntu Artwork project)
  * scubuntu-docs (the Scubuntu documentation project)
  * scientific-ubuntu (the current LP project being used for Scubuntu)
  * and more

I envisage this list growing over time, as the development of the project progresses.
