Translating launchpad.net itself

Hello!

I would like to suggest you allowing people to translate launchpad.net itself.

It's a little bit paradoxical people coming here to translate a lot of packages and being obligated to use an "all-in-English" system. Some people are more comfortable with their own language and other even don't know English.

If we can get Ubuntu (eg.) in many languages, why not launchpad.net?

I think that by doing this you are going to make launchpad.net even more friendly and accessible to everybody.
