to add resume support for downloads from launchpad

hi,

Is launchpad team having any plan to add "resume support" for downloads from launchpad. It should be really useful to the users who download the executables of our software hosted in launchpad

Hi lakshman-

  We currently don't have any plans to support download resume in the webapp. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
