You can also do it yourself by clicking the little red symbol on the right of the branch name. (Note the warnings)

no, i can't do. There is now such symbol. Maybe because it's a vcs-import. i don't know.

Thomas-

  You are correct. A member of the vcs-imports team was needed to delete the branch. It has been deleted.
