Lanuchpad edit languages improvement

There should be an option in the "edit languages" requested area to ask for any and all language support (translations) rather than picking from a list.

I may have missed an area where there is such an option, but I have not seen it.

You can go to "View template and all languages link" to see all languages for a single po template (if that's what you want). Otherwise, we can provide this and I filed a bug about it, but it would be nice if you could elaborate why would you want this.
