Kirghiz language is official language in Kyrgyzstan. Kirghiz language is spoken in other countries such as China, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan

Also Plural-Forms for kirghiz language is: nplurals=1; plural=0;

I've added these details to the Kirghiz language page: https://translations.launchpad.net/+languages/ky (only Kyrgyzstan as the country it's spoken in atm, because others likely don't have it as an official language—when we can actually support some more details in this area, we'll set this as well).
