Second pot file didn't get auto-approved?

Weeks ago, I uploaded a pot file which is badly named (twisted-doc-zh). It got approved and renamed to twisted-doc inside launchpad.

Now an update version of the pot file is uploaded, with the new name twisted-doc. It has been 20 hours till now, does the current state 'Needs Review' mean that auto-approval process missed it? And what should I name further updates?

It seems it was not renamed in the database: we still had twisted-doc-zh.pot on file. I've fixed it now so it would be auto-approved. As a test, I left your file in the queue in the 'needs review', so if it turns into 'approved' soon (in a few hours at most), it's working as expected. Otherwise, please reopen this question.
