Comment spam in Question #14154

I was in #launchpad on irc and was told to open a new question here to report comment spam in another answers thread:

Would someone with edit permissions please remove the comment spam? (and banish the user, or whatever measures are normally taken)?

Whiteboard:: Admins, please delete "halong" comment and the user that posted it. The user has done nothing on LP so far except post this comment, but the name makes it clear that it's a dedicated spam identity.
