Updates on a private bug

I submitted a bug (283575), which was marked as a duplicate of another bug (210395). Unfortunately, I can't access 210395. Is there a way for me to know when 210395 has been fixed, or if I can provide any extra information to help get it fixed?

Gary,

I'm afraid you can't get updates on a private bug you're not subscribed to. I would suggest getting in touch with the driver for the project in question.

It doesn't solve mine...where do I find out who the "driver for the project in question" is?

In my case the page https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/558606 has no contact information whatsoever, it just says:

Not allowed here
Sorry, you don't have permission to access this page.
