Can't change Project ID ("Name")

Could you please rename kcypher to kcipher in https://launchpad.net/kcypher/ ? (I recently learned that Cypher is spelled Cipher :D )

I've looked in the Change Details page, but haven't managed to change it due to bug #104422 in launchpad "Project ID ("name") isn't changeable by its maintainer" [Undecided,Unconfirmed] https://launchpad.net/bugs/104422
