launchpad can't mirror by branches

All my mirrored branches stopped working a while ago (with a 'Connection refused' error):

https://code.launchpad.net/~miracle2k

They're all hosted on "bzr.elsdoerfer.com", which apparently it can't access. I don't see what the problem could be though. The server seems to work fine, and is pingable from around the world, according to just-ping.com
