I cant renew my membership to xpattern team

Hi

I must renew my membership to team xpattern every month, in few months ago that wasn't a problem cause when i receive a mail from launchpad to ask me renewing my membership i ckic the link inside the mail and the membership is automatically renewed, but last month and this month the link inside the mail take me to a page with message: FORBIDDEN!

hers is the mail i receive from launchpad:

Hello Dragondz,

On 2008-10-02, five days from now, your membership
in the Team xPattern (xpattern) Launchpad team
is due to expire.

If you want, you can renew this membership at
<https://launchpad.net/~mesrabah-dz/+expiringmembership/xpattern>

You seem to have 2 user accounts on Launchpad:
  https://launchpad.net/~mesrabah
  https://launchpad.net/~mesrabah-dz

And the membership you're being told to renew is for the 'mesrabah-dz' user, which is not the one you used to login when following the link in the email.
You can merge your two accounts at http://launchpad.net/people/+requestmerge and then you'll be able to renew the membership at <https://launchpad.net/~mesrabah/+expiringmembership/xpattern>
