[PPA] Upload rejected by unicode problem?

I'm trying to upload a package to my PPA, but it gets rejected with this message:

Well, seemed that after uploading ~ppa1, i tried to upload another package with same version, and LP, instead of giving me an error about that, gave this error. Weird.

Just happened to me too. :/ Same position, different character.
