Re-link PulseAudio upstream bugtracker & package vers.

https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/bugtrackers/pulseaudio-bugs is linked to an upstream Trac bugtracker which seems to be defunct. The current upstream bugtracker appears to be https://bugs.freedesktop.org/query.cgi?format=advanced with Product set to PulseAudio.

Can the launchpad.net bugtracker for PulseAudio be re-linked to the freedesktop.org PulseAudio bugtracker?

If not, can the situation be explained in the "Contact details" field of https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/bugtrackers/pulseaudio-bugs so users who arrive at that launchpad.net page will know where PulseAudio bugs are currently tracked?

Also, https://launchpad.net/pulseaudio lists the latest PulseAudio version as 0.9.22 from 2014, but the current version in Ubuntu 16.10 Yakkety is 9.0 from 2016. Should https://launchpad.net/pulseaudio be updated with this, or at least a statement added to explain the current status of the upstream source package?
