Is there a way to send a mass message to all team members?

Some of the team members made they email address available on their Launchpad profile, but this is not the case for all members.

Even so if the team has 100 members it is hard to access 100 Launchpad profiles and copy their email address.

As a coordinator for Ubuntu Romanian Team, I need this mass messages to inform all team members about various changes in our team, new translation rules, send status reports.

I wonder if that's the right bug, or if the bug is the one which allows
contacting any LP user.

Do we have a workaround ?

As the coordinator or Ubuntu Romanian Translation team I see many people who add wrong suggestions.

I would be great if I can contact them and ask them to add good sugestions, otherwise they are working in vain.

Consider setting up a mailing list for the team! For a regular team you'd use the "Configure mailing list" option, but since this is Ubuntu-related, Jorge Castro is probably the right person to ask.
