Please delete turnkeylinux-users team

Please delete the turnkeylinux-users team and its newly created mailing list.

We created the team to use the mailing list feature for our users, but unfortunately activation took longer than expected, so we opted to create the mailing list else where. The team is now redundant, please remove it so it doesn't create any confusion.
