Need more space in https://launchpad.net/~juju/+archive/ubuntu/devel and https://launchpad.net/~juju-packaging/+archive/ubuntu/devel.

I've hit the limits for these ppas. I'm trying to remove superseded builds, but the repo size isn't changing.

Superseded builds are automatically removed in 24-36 hours (a grace period because clients only automatically apt-get update once a day), and even deletion can take up to 12 hours to free up space. I've increased the quotas to unblock you in the meantime.
