Please register "pyunit-friends" superproject

Hello Kiko,

I'd like to register a superproject called "pyunit-friends". I want projects that are unittest-compatible tools (such as testresources, subunit and the like) to become members of these.

I can't find a place to register this on the UI, so I'm guessing it needs an admin to do something.
