How to edit existing code series as well as delete them?

I'd like to completely remove the following branch:

https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/billreminder/0.3.2

and edit the following branch:

https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/billreminder/trunk

to point to the following external repository:

svn.gnome.org/svn/billreminder/trunk

I've been told on #launchpad that I need an admin to do this.

Deleted one and repurposed the latter, but there's problems on the horizon..
