Translation page is not available (Intrepid)

Hi! Whenever I try to access an Intrepid translation page, e.g.:

https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/intrepid/+source/rhythmbox/+pots/rhythmbox/ru/+filter?person=artfwo

I get the following message:

"Translation page is not available
The page you are trying to use is not available because we are updating translations in bulk. You will be able to use this page once the update process is finished. Try again in several hours.
We apologise for the inconvenience."

This is happening all the time last couple of weeks, and does not happen with Hardy pages. Any hints why this may be happening?
