code of conduct e-mail not received

Hello,
I added my PGP finger print but did not receive the e-mail for completing the signing process. Now, when ever I try adding the finger print, I get a message saying it is already added which is fine but I was expecting it to send/re-send the e-mail but none received.

My fingerprint: 272D 038D 3AA1 E240 0ECC 9FF7 9C75 DE35 451A 1B6C

Can you please help?
