LoCo Drupal Tools Super Project

Would it be possible to create a super project Called LoCo Drupal Tools for:

LoCo Drupal Theme:
https://launchpad.net/loco-drupal

Ubuntu-Qc.org Theme:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu-qc.org

I will probably add more later.

The goal of LoCo Drupal Tools is to provide a set of Tools for LoCo website administrators.
