How to disable sanity checks on build ? For example, error "Found files in /usr/local (must be in /usr)"

I have a failing build https://launchpadlibrarian.net/301342052/buildlog_ubuntu-trusty-amd64.awesome_4.0.0-3~trusty0_BUILDING.txt.gz

When I'm building it on local machine, all is going ok. But the launchpad's builder always gives error.

Please, help me, if it is possible to disable these checks
