would like to make a meta project

We cannot make a project a sub-project of another one.

We can create a "Project group" that will contain both projects. This either means creating a 'smuxi-project' Project Group, or renaming the existing 'smuxi' to something like 'smuxi-client' to then create a Project Group.

Using smuxi-project should be fine. i just want the libs to be housed
under same project as the smuxi
