Stop VCS Imports

How do we stop the VCS Import scripts from running?

Specifically,
https://code.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/coughphp/trunk

We don't need this to run anymore, but I could not find a link anywhere on that page to disable it.

I believe only admins can interrupt imports (for some reason). I've done it now.
