create my account error

hi:
   I registered at The Launchpad. but clicked link create my account is error.

display:

Page not found

There’s no page with this address in Launchpad.

I think what happened here was your browser requested the page twice, most likely due to you clicking twice on the link rather than once. The first request that you didn't see worked, and the second request failed due to a known bug (Bug 6429).

Can you help with this problem?
