Rename pygamedb

The following projects need to renamed.

From:
pygamedb
pygamedb-server

To:
hypernucleus
hypernucleus-server

The URL's need to be changed so that you can go to https://launchpad.net/hypernucleus

There is a team called pygame which would be nice if it would be possible to rename to hypernucleus also, but that may not be possible due to it having a mailing list?

If we change the project name from hypernucleus to hypernucleus-server the URL will be https://launchpad.net/hypernucleus-server. Is this what you want?

Yes, apart from make sure its like this:
pygamedb to hypernucleus
pygamedb-server to hypernucleus-server

These two have been changed, but you're right - renaming the team (which has a mailing list) depends on an open bug (I'll link to it here)
