not receiving email notifications after PPA upload

Hi,

  over xmas PPA upload email notifications seem to have stopped for my account and teams I'm associated for.

PPA uploads however build correctly.

I can still create bug-reports and those bug-reports send me email notifications. So it just appears the PPA uploads are an issue - contact details appear to be correct.

Any ideas?
