Turn off email notification

How do I turn off email notifications for builds? I don't need it to email me about a build that I am already monitoring...
My main issue is that while I am setting up a new build, and there are failures, it floods my inbox with unwanted emails.
Is there at least a way to redirect it ti an unmonitored email?
