OpenPGP key: my name has problem!!?????

Invalid character in name. Cause i really have nice character.
gpg --gen-key does not accept my name.
i have the same problem with facebook and noone care!!!!!!!
please talk with me.

This isn't strictly a Launchpad problem, to be fair. What is the exact error you're getting? If you can paste it in from the terminal it would be best.

mr christian i wrote everything on the post.
gpg --gen-key was the command.
