vcs-import of miro fails

Upstream miro got a hold of me and mentioned that the vcs-import of miro is failing at https://code.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/democracy/trunk

I don't know where to proceed from here. :D

Well, sometimes even the 'svn up' fails, so this is a particularly bad server.
