Hola:

He descargado el archivo de la traducccion en fomrmato KDE po para ubuntu 7 GNOME y quiero saber como puedo instalar este archivoa para que la aplicacion lo admita.

Tengo unos conocimientos de Ubuntu muy limitados.

The PO files are for translators to work on. You could download and install an MO file instead, but it's probably best to install the language packs for your language. These are available as separate packages.
