Do I need to refile my bug report?

I attempted to file a bug report on https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/awesfx yesterday (12 August 2008) that included a 17 megabyte attachment, and I think it may have timed out due to the slow upload speed of my dialup connection.

Today I can't find any reference to the bug report. I checked both the awesfx page and my launchpad page at https://bugs.launchpad.net/~twasbrillig.

Should I assume the bug report didn't succeed, and refile it? Or is there a delay between filing a bug report and its appearance on launchpad?

No, filed bugs will show instantly. I'd file the bug without the attachment first and then try adding the attachment afterwards in a separate comment.
