merge accounts help please

Please can you help by merging two accounts for me.

anthonywrather <email address hidden>

with

ubuntu-anthonywrather <email address hidden>

anthonywrather is the account i wish to keep.

When i try to merge them and i am logged in as anthonywrather i get :-

Sorry, you don't have permission to access this page. You are logged in as AnthonyWrather.
