How to become translations admin

Im translating on launchpad. I can;'t finnd anything to translate for me because all things have valid suggestions, and i don't know why they are marked as untranslated. I think that's maybe one of Your translators must confirm which suggestion is good. My question is how to become such a person who will choose valid translation.

Hi,

From what I see you were translating in polish for the Ubuntu distribution. In order to validate translation you must join the Ubuntu Polish Translators team.
