unsubscription from mailing lists is not working

Asked by Evan Jones

I was subscribed to the mailing list drizzle-discuss. I now want to unsubscribe. I removed myself from the team, thinking that would do it. I was still getting emails. So I added myself to the team and then removed myself just from the mailing list, by going to my account's email settings. I am *still* getting emails from this list. Is this a bug? How can I unsubscribe?

Thank you,

Evan Jones

I've tried:

1. Resubscribing with an alternate email address.
2. Changing my primary email address.

Neither of these work. I'm going to resort to blacklisting this mailing list on my mail server, which sucks.

I am having the exact same experience. I want to keep my team membership so that I can check in from time to time, but I do not want the messages sent to me. The web-gui says that I am unsubscribed, yet messages are still being sent to me.

We landed some fixes recently that should have fixed this. Please try again and let us know if it's working for you now or not.

Looks good! I unblocked emails from the list and resubscribed. I got some emails, then I unsubscribed. It appears to have worked, since I haven't received any for a while. Thanks.
