Could you please delete my abandoned "vcinit" project?

My project "vcinit" is abandoned and I don't even have a branch for it right now, could you please delete it for me?

In addition to this, it would be great if project owners may delete their projects. I know, this is difficult to do if many people is involved in a project, as a "big-ego" project owner can destroy the work of many by deleting a project, but since branches actually can be deleted, this should be a great issue.
