Account email address change request

"I would need to change my email address from <email address hidden> to
<email address hidden> and I can't remember my password. Since I don't have
access to my <email address hidden> inbox anymore I'm wondering if that could be
possible to do it on your side ? If not, please tell me how I can do it."

The right way to solve this problem is to have the user create a new account, then make a request for an admin to merge the two accounts together.
